I'm in the process of setting up a JADU in LA County through my housing org, and I’m a bit lost on the deed restriction details. I've heard something about needing to include owner-occupancy info, but I'm not quite sure how that works since it's an org owning the property, not an individual. Do I just list the org as the owner-occupant or is there something else I gotta do? Any tips or experiences would be super helpful! Trying to make sure I get this right and don't run into issues down the line. Thanks in advance!
